I was having problems downloading a program onto my computer so gave DCR a call. I was expecting to have to bring my computer over, but he immediately started troubleshooting using a remote access program. 20 mins later my problem was fixed and he gave me some helpful hints. Even refused to charge me for the time. I’ll definitely use them in the future!
