I avoided bringing my bike in for repair, despite its wear but I finally had to. I was a little worried that they would give me a hard time for not getting it fixed before. Sometimes bike shops can be a little high and mighty. But, they could not have been nicer. The prices were great, turn around was fast and my bike was dialed in when I left.
Fast forward about 18 months to today… my gears kept slipping and I stopped in here for some advice. They were really kind and welcoming, and unpretentious! So helpful, took my bike right in, made me feel welcome and were really understanding when I realized I had no money. They said, oh, you will be back and I definitely will. Without a doubt, even if I have to pay They were awesome and my bike is running beautifully.

Wayne and Mike are fantastic! We have purchased many items here as well as had our bikes worked on. These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. We needed assistance with an assembly right before Christmas and they got us right in on short notice and helped us out.
I would highly recommend this shop!

These guys are great! I stopped by while touring New England because my handlebar bag had a stripped bolt and was basically unusable. They found a way to fix it quick, and got me back on the road. It worked the rest of the trip, and they were far to generous with the labor charge. I’m not sure when I will ever be in Dover again, but I highly suggest these guys to all!

What a great bike shop !!
My girlfriend and I dropped off a couple of old bike that we had in storage for 8 years. They nice guy who helped us (think his name was Wayne) told us he could give both bikes a tune up and get them running like new again. We also each bought a new comfy padded seat and some new hand grips and peddles for my bike.
The bikes are cleaned up and running like new again !!

We were not buying new bikes but just getting our old ones fixed up but they seem to have a great selection of new bikes and all the parts & accessories for bikes.
Not too much more I can say about a bike shop.
Friendly, helpful and they seem to know their stuff.
Great job Dover Cyclery !!! I will come here anytime I need help with my bike, Thank you.

I stopped in with a problem with the shifting on my beach cruiser. They looked at it immediately and made some adjustments. Another bike shop told me nothing was wrong with it! Best $ 10 I have ever spent and I am thrilled that my bike now works correctly!

Got a flat while out for a ride in town… Really nice guys, not only did they squeeze me in to replace my rear tube, but they patient showed me how to do it myself and setup me up with the gear to do so roadside.
Listening them deal with customers they clearly are a low-​pressure sales outfit. They have my business going forward.

These guys offer amazing service and although they carry top of the line bikes and equipment they also understand the needs of the enthusiast and beginner.
The service they provide is next to none. Prompt, straightforward work that is always done right the first time. They have a customer for life.
Sales are low pressure and aimed at matching price points over upselling and blowing out someones bank account if they don’t want to. Don’t get me wrong, they will help you blow out your bank account I’d you would like.
They carry Fuji, Kestrel, Pinarello, SE (bmx and fixie), Redline, Merckx, and a bunch more. Check them out. Chat them up. Buy a bike.
