Do you work for Grecco, why are you so concerned with that review? You are right however the link is no good, but only because Grecco is no longer BBB listed. Very telling.

Brought my car in to have a small rust spot fixed. Amateurish work. Could have done a better job myself. Rust returned two months later.

The last reviewer gives false information and said that Grecco Autobody was given an «F» rating by the Better Business Bureau, and even provides a link to the BBB. I followed the link and it’s simply not true. There are no complaints at all on the BBB site for this company. In fact, there is no rating at all, since no one rated it. However, I have known this Autobody shop for many years and they are reliable and honest. I have had to use them a few times over the years and they always do an excellent job, with no problems later.

It’s been a few years since I had my car repaired here after a pretty big crash. The original repair took many months (far longer than promised) and I was not treated with much respect as a customer at that time. When the car was finally ready there were several problems that should have been obvious and I had to leave the car for another week. Stuff that should never have been let out the door. Since that time I did have a few issues that they took care of under their warranty, which was why I brought it there in the first place. My family has long been a Grecco customer since the days of their Lincoln dealership. I was ready to walk after this experience but did not and they seem to be getting better.
