Only had to wait about 3 minutes in line for 2 great chai teas. The employees were wicked nice and even offered to take our used cups that were in the car to make room for our new drinks!

I’ve been back since and there was a guy and a different girl working than my previous experience. It was like a completely different place. Service was great, coffee was good. The problem is it’s a complete crap shoot on whether you’re going to get good, fast service or get trapped in the drive through line for 20 minutes while the person at the window chats away on their cellphone. Usually driving by and seeing a line of 6 cars is a hint. I wish this place was more consistent like it used to be, because the location is convenient and the coffee is good.

This used to be my favorite coffee stop. Heavy emphasis on USED TO BE.
The customer service is lacking, employees are far more interested in their cellphones, friends showing up and conversations than the customer. The prices have also gone way up. I paid about $ 7 for two medium iced black coffees this morning. I asked why the sudden price increase and was told the state tax wasn’t included before but they decided to start having the customer pay instead of paying out of pocket? Probably not the best response to give to a customer. The wait times can be pretty ridiculous too.
Its one saving grace is the coffee. If you get what you ordered, its really delicious.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience as some of the other 2015 reviewers with lack of customer service. Today it was the dark-​haired girl with the long hair and the older woman with the short gray hair. For some reason, their topic of conversation was more important than my order — the dark-​haired girl kept her back to me for most of the transaction. My entire order was a cup of black coffee with no one behind me – whatever was so important couldn’t wait until the customer was gone? Furthermore I had to shout to ask to get a receipt for my credit card order when she walked away after handing me my coffee.
The coffee’s not worth it. I’ll drive down an exit and hit Aroma Joe’s next time.

This morning I stopped by for breakfast on the morning commute. Tiny little place, barely more than a trailer but good coffee & reasonable prices. I pull up & the blonde girl in the windows on her cellphone, sees me & walks away. Comes back about 2 mins later to tell me she just got in and all she has is ice coffee. Seriously? Get off the phone and brew a pot of coffee then! I really liked this place, I’ve met the owner and thought she was very pleasant. I’d like to come back but they need a better a.m. staff. 3 stars bc past experiences have been good. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

Little drive through and/​or walk up coffee kiosk with bagels and hot dogs to boot. Steady line of customers but be prepared to wait. Drawn in by the sign for the salted caramel latte. 20 oz for $ 4.25 with soy milk. Well prepared but tepid served in an Eco-​friendly disposable cup.
