Never in my life would I ever thought I would be counting down the days until I move from here. The maintenance is terrible. I am still waiting for certain repairs months later. Rent is expensive for no reason at all especially for the neighborhood it’s in. If your car happens to get broken in to do not expect the leasing office to have a camera to identify anything because they don’t. If your washer/​dryer happens to go out might as well get your coins ready to go to the laundromat for my washer/​dryer has been down for a month now due to maintenance not knowing what they are doing and ordering the wrong part. The leasing office lets the phone ring constantly thoughout the course of the day and don’t try to call the direct property in king of Prussia, pa because you’ll leave messages and never receive a phone call back. If I could terminate my lease now I would. Waste of time and money
