Me and Goji is an online shop offering«customizable cereal». It’s a novel approach and I was intrigued, so I ordered a batch. There are over 30 ingredients and how it works is you first pick a base(I chose the«artisanal cereal»). Then you move on to ingredients. I chose barley flakes, dried goji berries and chia seeds. Another cool thing is a Nutritional Guide to the right of the screen self adjusts with every ingredient, so you can see as you go the calorie content, fat grams, sodium, etc. Then you name your mix, and it is shipped to you in this very mod canister, which keeps everything fresh and not crushed when its shipped in the mail. And if you think it seems pricey, consider this. You are getting 21 ounces of cereal(most boxed kinds in the supermarket are between 11 and 16 oz and aren’t those like $ 4?). You are able to customize it to any sort of delightful combination you want, and the ingredients are WAY healthier than marshmallow bits or some weird dye that turns your milk blue. Plus, I was really pleased to see that they didn’t skimp on any ingredients. I had a ton on goji berries in my mix and they were super fresh and moist. But I believe on the website they say if you feel like you got too much or too little of something they would adjust it on your next order. How cool is that! So say goodbye to Captain Crunch and Lucky Charms and hello to this fabulous new approach to cereal. Be good to your body!
