Mezzanine Catering & Personal Chef Services

I contacted Mezzanine Catering to assist me with the planning and support of a party I was having for my wife’s birthday. I was expecting about 30 people and needed someone who could make it seem easy to pull off a surprise party for this many people. I worked directly with the owner who listened to my ideas, came up with sample menus, provided timely input and advice, and clearly explained the process. The contract she delivered was simple yet complete and payment by credit card was very convenient. On the day of the event, they delivered the food about an hour before the party started, explained the reheating instructions and gave many tips on how to use the equipment they provided to keep everything warm. The food was incredible and was devoured by the guests. There was unanimous agreement that this was the best catered food anyone could remember. We had the Reuben Dip (very original and truly awesome), Roasted Shrimp, Vegetarian Egg Rolls, and Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips for appetizers, and Ham on Cheddar and Chive Biscuits (a crowd favorite), Warm Potato Salad, Maple and Thyme Butternut Squash, and handmade Cupcakes for the dinner portion of the meal. At the agreed time, they returned to retrieve the equipment and clean-​up the service area. It couldn’t have been any easier. My wife was thrilled with the event and I got all the credit, when Mezzanine Catering actually deserved all the praise. They are the best and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
