Neil’s is a classic old school barbershop owned by a classic old school barber. Despite having two chairs, only one is required because Neil does all the cutting himself. He welcomes each customer with a warm and friendly greeting, and makes you feel right at home. Neil will point you toward the waiting area, and many times hand you a magazine to read until he says«OK young man, time to sit in the big chair.» If that doesn’t give you flashbacks to days of your youth I don’t know what will. Neil’s haircuts look the way haircuts should, and he tops it off with warm lather and a straight razor(old school!) to get it neat and clean around the edges, and then you are all set. Places like this are rapidly disappearing, replaced by nationwide chains that lack personality and history. Take a step back to an earlier time and get a great haircut to boot. I know I’ll be back.
