I have enjoyed every meal here the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about menu. It was a little rocky when they first opened by now they have it together and everything runs smooth

I tried this place when a co-worker from New Castle wasn’t in the mood for the same old thing. We placed our order on line and made the 10 minute drive to pick up.
Our noodles were bone dry on both our dishes. The pad Thai was over spiced. The Japanese noodle dish I got was nice in flavor (imagine sweet Pad Cee Ew in a Thai restaurant) but not much in the container. Maybe that’s why the noodles were dry because they used the last of a batch? We ordered at lunch time and would’ve waited gladly for fresh. Maybe forgotten under a heat lamp.
Over priced for portion and almost inedible you dry.
I give 2 stars for the attempt at garnish. The one sprig of cilantro and half stalk of green onion was fresh.
Sauce would’ve changed this review completely.

This Noodles & Co is standalone but it’s out facing the road, in the parking lot of the Acme strip mall on US-13 northbound. So it’s a «pad site». (Oh, how long I’ve waited to use this piece of real estate terminology! :)) I had the Bangkok Curry this time to benchmark them against other Noodles & Co locations where I’ve had the same dish. I thought they made that dish pretty much the same as other locations, which is good, although my gripe about their menu items being a tad overpriced applies here too. Service was okay too, except that I noticed they didn’t clean the tables very well, so we had to wipe the remnants off ourselves. Overall, the restaurant still looks rather new and clean, except for the table-cleaning issue.

Trying for 3 ½ stars. Staff very friendly. Decent recipes but your not going to find anything unique here. It is the american version of a noodle house and it rocks in many aspects including music. Think Starbucks for Pad Thai and you’ll have the whole concept. Easy affordable and good atmosphere. A perfect casual lunch spot, great for co-workers. Not a date night spot. A fits it’s niche perfectly.
