Popparoni’s Pizza

We tried this place based on the many reviews. Me and my daughter shared a 12 inch pizza and board walk fries. Very good price. Pizza was very good and the fries were tasty. Service was good as well. The restaurant was was very plain but plenty of room.

I ordered the Big poppa and it was very good. This place is definitely better than any of the chains in the local area. The ingredients are very fresh and the sauce has a good flavor. This was a great local pizza place. I would go here over most other pizza places in Dover.

Best slice of cheese pizza I’ve ever had! My mouth is in heaven! The sauce is perfect and the crust is a perfect crispy!

Guys here are bit rude … but they make a mean philly steak. I got hung up on the phone by one of them. Philly steak sandwich I had before was good … 4 stars for that

A native New Yorker I’ve been all over the world. Everyplace claims to have ny style pizza and alway disspoints. This place makes no claim as such however all the signs were there including the oil drip test. I had no idea they were there until I got a mailer from them some months ago. and I won’t go anywhere else now. Cheese steaks are heavenly too but then I’m not from pills so someone else will have to judge. Great food. great staff.

Ate at Popparoni’s for the first time tonight. You wouldn’t expect to find such a good restaurant in Rodney Village, but I highly recommend it. The restaurant is very clean, there is ample dining space, and the staff is very friendly. They have lunch specials if you’re in a hurry. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I will say this is one of the better pizzas Dover has to offer. Possibly my new go to spot for pizza. We ordered a large cheese on a Monday night and it was only $ 5. This is for carry-​out only. I did not go inside this place for my wife had picked it up and I stayed home. The pizza was crisp but just a little thicker than what I’ve been searching for. It was very good nonetheless. The cheese blend took the overall taste and smell of this pie. The sauce was almost non distinct but I could tell it was there. My wife had commented the aroma had made her even hungrier as she went inside to pick up our food. Would definitely recommend this place as for we will definitely be back and try other foods from here. We want to find a great baked ziti for Mom and have a feeling this might be the place she’ll find one. I’ll update when that time comes and when I see this inside myself…

Just tried this on a whim and ordered to go. I got the meat lovers and it did not disappoint. As far as pizza in the Dover-​ware area goes, this is now one of my favorite spots. Call about the specials because they vary from day to day, but seemed to be good deals. The staff was also very friendly. Overall I had a positive experience and really enjoyed the food.
