New favorite breakfast hangout. They have scrapple! Great service, good prices, yummy food. The waitress always remembers our regular order. :)

Food is what should be expected for he type of place it is.
The BF ordered liver and onions (yuk). He didn’t finish it because he said it was the most bland flavored liver he ever had.
In ordered a chef salad which wasn’t too bad. They used fresh turkey. It was dry and only dark meat. Meh… Brownish yellow lettuce wasn’t too pretty.
The people are super nice tho. IF we go back… obviously we won’t order the same things. The dessert rack looked kinda sad too.

Went in after the major snow storm. First set of utensils were dirty. The food is just average at the best. Service is average. This will not be my go to place as there are many options on the highway. I really wanted to like the place as much as I like their sister location.

The food was good, server *Jen* was very nice !! Now the owners girlfriend trotted around greeting EVERY TABLE except ours. She totally ignored us walked pass and turned head as if we were invisible. The flies are out of control and very annoying! !! #will not be going back and will tell my friends not to go either!!!

I had low expectations going in. Real small and almost empty on a Labor Day Weekend (I guess nothing interesting was going on at Dover Downs).
The place had a lot of raving paraphernalia hence the name. The Waitress Judy was very sweet and efficient. They do have a bar here but no real bartender. When my dad asked about a Whiskey the waitress just listed every type of liquor they had (that wasn’t a whiskey). None of that mattered because he ended up getting a healthy pour of Dewars for a decent price, which would work for me.
But don’t come here for the booze because the food is pretty great. They offer breakfast all day which is a concept that McDonalds is just now beginning to understand as smart. My child got French toast and my brother in law had the big breakfast and both seemed thrilled with their decision. A few of us had plate envy at the 2 plates of pancakes, eggs, hash browns sausage and bacon that stood before him. My sister took a sample and claimed the pancakes to be the best she’s ever had.
I did my usual diner meat loaf and I was not disappointed. A heaping plate of gravy loaded meatloaf and they even put gravy on my fries. It was a game changer.
We were all stuffed and the place was cozy and quiet that we could talk and catch up. I’d come here again in a heartbeat. There’s at least 3 – 4 things I’d like to try. I guess I’ll just have to visit my dad more often.

Absolutely my favorite café in town. Pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. Great food at a reasonable price and plenty of it. This is a must if you are in town for any meal.

When three of us went here, we didn’t have a great experience. We sat at the bar and they didn’t have their liquor license yet so we couldn’t even order any alcohol. Our food took awhile to come out and it wasn’t even hot. We had the server reheat my husband’s meal as well as my own. She had bad attitude about it. You could tell by her body language. She also was complaining about all of her duties that she had to to do to other employees right in front of us. The food was okay. Therefore, we won’t be recommending this establishment.
