Came as a guest with a member was given a small amount of time. I’m an avid bed tanner at another club. Was really looking forward to a great first visit. No attempt to try and sign me up, no tour, just told what room number. Felt really awkward. A lot of info taken. License, multi-finger scan, residence, some odd chart for time allowance which was never explained. Bed really never felt warm.
