Located in 1 Washington place, an old mill building… everything they make is outstanding. .the ravioli, tortellini and pasta are off the charts, my fav is the spinach and grilled chicken ravioli. Their sauces are excellent as well as their pre made meals.

Great local spot for some fresh pasta! It is a bit of an odd location up the stairs around a corner down a hall in an industrial building, but hey the food was good. Also the hours of operation are kinda random, so if you are driving from any distance make sure to call ahead. They have some great lunch specials, and you can special order pasta if you call a few days in advance

This is the second time I’ve tried to go to the Dover location and the second time it was closed. Who closes a store at 2PM on a Saturday afternoon? We walked into the mill building to wander around and see who was open, walked past the very open Terra Cotta because we wanted it to be our last stop(the stuff is frozen & you don’t want it to thaw). We got back maybe 15 minutes later to find the door closed, and the hours were posted on the door so that you can’t see them when it’s open. Damn, I’m going to the Kittery store from now on. But it’s not all bad. The food is terrific if you happen to catch them when they’re open. And I had to call them once with a question about their ravioli and they had an immediate answer.(The question: My freezer broke and the ravioli thawed, what do I do?) Five stars for the product and the support, one star for their hours. The average works out to three stars, but the business is far from average and I love their products.

Everyone in the area knows this fresh pasta company– we stumbled upon this location by accident, I think it opened within the last 6 months or so and there’s not really any signage or anything. Not only does it have a shop in the front where you can purchase fresh pastas and sauces, but if you’re lucky you can get a full tour of the Terra Cotta factory– all the pastas are produced right there in the Dover space. It’s smaller than you’d think– under 1000 sq ft, with racks and racks of different delicious pastas getting ready to be sent out to shops around NH. The guy who we spoke to also said they were trying to set up a deal to sell Terra Cotta at Whole Foods which would make me so happy I can’t even explain it.
