Buyer beware… Maybe I’m just disappointed that every time I visit either of the Four Wind casino places, I never win. I like going to their establishment because they are all clean and well maintained. But I think I’m done with going. If they can’t give me some of their money then why should I continue to give them all of mine!!!

The Dowagiac location is much smaller than the New Buffalo one, but this is still a very nice casino with lots of slot machines. There is also a Timbers café with various meals and snacks as well as a bar with video poker. The table games area is pretty small, and my boyfriend and I attempted to sit down at the Blackjack/​3 Card Poker table last night and were snubbed by the other players and the dealer. Important to note that this location does not have a hotel! We thought it did and had to stay at the Baymont Inn down the road.

I guess if you’re a hard core gambler — this might seem like «mecca in the middle of nowhere» to you, but we were not very impressed.
Lots and lots of slot machines but only 4 Blackjack tables (and no Craps table). We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it wasn’t very impressive looking either. We did order a few drinks and the servers and dealers were all very nice.
This was the first of the casinos that we visited in the area, we’ll have to compare Four Winds Dowagiac to the other Four Winds locations and we’ll update our review.
