I live in a newer home, seven years old. We struggled with not having enough air conditioning in my Master Bedroom, a cold basement and not enough air on the third floor. I had three different companies come out to our home trying to understand what the problem was. One company suggested that I spend $ 10,000 on a new furnace. Tony diagnosed that my original duct work and returns were in adequate. He ended up putting in additional returns to my bedroom and in my lower level that was freezing cold. If the duct work is not right the air conditioning will never work right. I think most companies either do not have the knowledge or do not want the hassle of cutting into the drywall. I would highly recommend Tony. My neighbors all have had great experiences as well. That is how I found Tony in the first place. I probably spent around $ 3000 and it was worth every penny. He will be my heating and cooling company for life.

We’ve been using Jacobazzi for the last 5+ years for regular A/​C and furnace maintenance. Never had any issues and the technicians are always friendly and informative. $ 105 just billed for routine maintenance on the A/​C which seems reasonable. I have never had any major issues like the previous Unilocal reviewer had — and thus major issues. I really hope we don’t have any major issues and if I do, I will need to get any promises in writing before any work is done. Dealing with contractors makes me nervous when major costs are at stake.
