Wow…
I’m hooked, super tasty fuel food… and heart healty. Way too many choices for me to decide so I just have them drive it through the garden.
I hope they open a store front soon… hate getting my fix at Kaiser.

I now make my appointments on Thursday to coincide with the farmers market.

It’s big time for a Kaiser Permanente farmers market, they crush it all the time. Highly recommend, fresh ingredients and premium ingredients.

There was a huge line at the Downey Kaiser Farmer’s market on Thursday, and they were mostly Kaiser employees with frequent buyer cards. I was intrigued, and had to try it. For $ 8, you get a large acai, dragon fruit, or mix. It’s more acai than I have ever seen anywhere else. You get your choice of toppings and linings, as much as you want. Here’s what everyone seemed to be getting: a base of chocolate hazelnut granola. The acai is put on top. I got bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. It’s all organic. There is a choice of different nut butters, peanut, almond, or cashew. I got cashew and almond butter. Sliced almonds, coconut shavings, hemp seed, flax seed, and chia seeds topped it all off. There was even more to choose from. It was all tempting. This bowl was great! Such a deal. These guys are great, and they are at the different Kaiser farmer’s markets.
