Went in here to get a pair of shoes I called prior and spoke with a female at the store she assured me that the shoe was available but couldn’t hold it she then said there was 3 in the size I told her I was coming from south Orange County to get this shoe if she can please make an exception and hold it. She then said that she is not expose to hold shoes but she will let the other associates know I’m on my way to get a pair. I drive all the way to this store right away in heavy traffic and finally make it there I walk into the store and waited for someone to help me finally Amelio comes up to me I ask him for the shoe he goes in the back comes back and said the shoe is not available I explain to him that I called in and spoke with someone he is not wanting to hear what I have to say and walks away. I then look online again and it shows that the shoe is still available at this location I then go up and speak with him again telling him it shows online. He then starts giving me his street attitude like he is put out for having me ask him again starts telling me if I want the person in the back to come out and tell me him self. I asked who the person in the back his he said the person organizing the back room. I then asked him if he can check his system inventory he said no I already told you the guy in the back said we don’t have it. I asked if maybe he can find what person told me they did have it he didn’t answer me finally I asked to speak to a manager he replies with his attitude I AMTHEMANAGER! I ask him is the manager above him here he said IMTHESTOREMANAGER! I then finally asked for his corporate office number he then writes it down and walks away not one word said. I then call customer service and make a complaint was told the district manager would call me back never heard back from him it’s been 7 days I call customer service back get hung up 3 different times and finally get a rep on the phone he couldn’t find the complaint basically had to make a new complaint was told again that the district manager would call me with in 5 days. I’ve never heard back from him so clearly customers don’t matter matter here. Will not shop here or any other locations again. There is plenty of other places what will gladly take my business.

They didn’t have my size so the sales associate told me he can ship it to my house for free. I say yes sure, then he proceeded to charge me for shipping? Apparently its only free if you sign up for their membership. How misleading. They ship with UPS and the shipping took FOREVER and i was never given an estimated arrival date. I shouldve just went to footlocker next door, im sure they wouldve had my size

Such a bad customer service! Martha never return my call at all to let me know if my tennis arrived! 3 weeks went buy and nothing, I had it to go in person and spoke to the manager Mark, and tell him that I was so disappointed, and they had such a. bad customer service, I’m never going back!

I usually take my kids to footlocker to buy shoes but when they didn’t have their sizes I was forced to come here for their Christmas shoes and I’m glad I did. Since it was just before Christmas time the workers here looked busy but I was quickly greeted by a worker named Minerva and she helped get the shoes extremely fast for my two kids despite helping what it seemed like 3 other parties. Even though she was helping others she treated everyone equally which I noticed and she even took the time and offered to show my daughter different colored shoe laces to help match the shoe with other clothes and a shoe cleaner for the shoes, usually at footlocker they just ask if you want to buy a cleaner but this was the first time someone actually showed how well it worked. So I decided to buy one as we’ll. I was also amazed that this company also gives you a free magazine subscription which Minerva also helped me sign up for. Overall it was a great experience I now know to come here instead of footlocker(no disrespect) because of how wonderful the customer service was. Like the other poster said this store has gained another family of loyal customers because of the great experience.

Great customer service. Martha and the rest of the staff here do a great job. Martha has great customer skills. Finish Line has gained a customer from here on out as long as they keep up the great service.
