Blessed to be here this is where it all started for me definitely a Bible-​based church. Love Pastor Danny and his Beautiful wife Linda they are such a blessing to everyone, Pastor Steve and so many more Godly people here. I’m so happy here … I was baptized here and I am also in the choir ,
Pastor David my music teacher is AWSOME .
A great place to worship and many opportunities to serve the Lord.

I have been an attending member of First Baptist Church of Downey for 30+ years. It has made me who I am and I would recommend for anyone looking for a Church Home in the Downey area.

Lakewood, CA
I attended a funeral here and this place is nice. It’s comfortable, small and quaint. The services were nice, good airflow, good sound inside. Good parking all around, plenty parking.
