Where do I start?! I’m just so glad that I received awesome customer service by Cynthia… I came in to buy a game to take advantage of Armed Forces Weekend, and she helped me save so much money… She was very nice, efficient, and awesome…

I have to say, if you are the manager of this store you should be embarrassed that your employees are turning customers away at 8:30pm when the signs say 9pm. I understand closing a few minutes earlier to clean up but 30 min? Idk how much earlier they had been closed but that’s really irritating…

After the customer service we received tonight, I will no longer shop at a gamestop. This store should be embarrassed. If you are latino and will continue to buy games at gamestop, I highly recommend visiting another location. You might just hear ignorant remarks from certain employees at this store.

Two days before Christmas and the staff was very busy, but were still very helpful and provided excellent customer service. We were promptly greeted on the sales floor. The associate was very helpful and was able to direct us to the right area of the store. Once at the register we were checked out by two associates, who assured us we were buying a great game for our new ps3. Despite the busy time of year, they were also able to find our old and out of date GameStop rewards program. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy coming to this GameStop, the staff are awesome here. Dion and Steven are by far my favorite people here. They make going to midnight releases a ton smoother. They are pretty rad here, better than most other GameStops!

Dion IS AMAZING… I know game stop is a bit pricy but we buy all of our games from all game stop locations.

My husband is a gamer and i love that we can trade games for credit then but whatever we want in the store of course! Great friendly staff and is always a pleasure to look around clean and organized!

Do not get helped by Jessica… Gives an attitude and never recommends anything.

Parking sucks during holidays. VERY loud, too and the lines can get LOOONNNGGG. But the staff is VERY friendly.

This gamestop falls in line with the majority of gamestop stores having a selection of new and used games, organized quite store, good air conditioning, product samples and decent week and weekend hours.
I came here to this gamestop which is in the downey Landing plaza off of Lakewood & Stewart/​Gray near Jamba, Best Buy, Staples and all of that. The parking was great and this area is convenient for shopping so I walked in.
The workers were helping people at the front as I began to peruse a nice assortment of used WII games. They had DS, PS3 and Xbox games but I do not have those machines. I saw a few games I liked for $ 8 and $ 14 so I may be back before the 25^th. In this economy you need a placed with used entertainment at reduced prices.
They had games you can try out on protected WII and PS3 stations but I left to take care of errands and job searches. I enjoyed my time here.
