Today I walked in and dealt with Jaime. He was helpful, but his customer service skills could use a bit of polishing. I gave him an item number from the GNC website for a product I was looking for. He handed me back my phone and said they didn’t have it. Before I could finish asking if he was able to check stock of the local stores, he interrupted me with a «talk to the hand» gesture and said, «I’m checking on it». Ok, well my bad for asking customer service questions to the in-store customer service rep. He didn’t really tell me he was already looking for it, so for all I knew he went back to funny cats on YouTube after he handed me my phone.
