Great Khan’s Mongolian BBQ

This place cost 10.32 a bowl and the bowls are super small
They skimped me on the noodles …
I feel skimped

The food is the best! Only thing bad about this place is that the customer service sucks! I showed up at 8:45pm and the cashier (Hispanic woman) gave me the worst service I have ever received. She was rushing me because they were going to close in 15 min. She made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. I’ve been coming to this place for years & I know for a fact that if the owners were aware of this, they wouldn’t be please with the attitude of their employees.

First of all this place took 50 minutes from paying to cook the ingredients and it’s not like it’s even that good to where I’d wait that long avoid it at all costs if there is any kind of line

Expect to wait over half an hour for your food. Place isn’t clean. Staff isn’t courteous. Over priced. Not worth your time and $.

I think this has got to be the worst display of customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I walk in and place my order, after paying another customer asks for soy sauce and the manager an older Asian gentleman tells him he already gave him one and makes a snarky remark and gives him another. The Hispanic man didn’t understand so he simply walked away.
If I had seen that before I paid I would’ve left.
In any case the «extra noodles» you pay for is a scam. They call this extra noodles, charge you 2 dollars but still only serve you about the same as the other customers.
The last straw was when a customer dropped their plate before being cooked and the manager would not give them another. I understand there is a business cost and the such but it’s the only place I’ve been to that wouldn’t just give them another plate.
When I saw the owner charging the customer for another plate I felt the need to tell him, it was an accident. He didn’t care and charged the customer. I will not be buying any food from them. They don’t deserve it based on the way they treat people.
The food was mediocre and you could tell they were using every tactic to cut cost.
Reading the other reviews it looks like I’m not alone.

This restaurant has awful customer service. My niece and I came here on Black Friday. She just wanted noodles, but the cashier criticized her for not having any vegetables. When my niece decided to add some cabbage, the Asian manager stormed out from the kitchen and told us it was too late. The cashier had already taken my niece’s bowl of noodles and placed them against the dirty back wall waiting to be cooked. When we asked again for the cabbage, they pulled cabbage from my bowl to include in my niece’s order. Are you telling me they couldn’t afford to give my niece 10 cents worth of cabbage? That’s sad.

Not as good as I remember, plus they have fake Sriracha !! Don’t be deceived by the bottle.

I find it very difficult to believe this restaurant has a «A» grade by the health department!
This food made me sick! The person who puts the noodles your bowl doesn’t wear gloves she just came from the back didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves before she served.
I’ve never been this sick from food!

Customer service lacks a bit. The cashier goes from register to serving the condiments (garlic& spices) and noodles at the end of line, and then is rude when you attempt to serve yourself. Not one friendly gesture. I asked for a side of whitr rice and she just microwaved it in a Styrofoam bowl in front of me. I will pass next time.

I love Mongolian bbq restaurants thefore I took a dive in trying this one. The line and wait time was longer than the Dmv, but not as efficient. You pay the cashier a whomping 9 dollars for a bowl (doesn’t include a drink). Then you step into a line that snakes into the food court. There is a sign that reminds you not to push the meat or else you will be charge extra. I found a loophole by pressing on the meat with the pincers instead of pushing. These place lacks the variety of vegetable selection of other Mongolian bbq.. Overall the food was okay but for the price you could go to a sit down restaurant, paid about the same, and wait less.

Service was horrible, waited 20 mins in line with only 1 cook during lunch rush hour. Food was good, but nothing compared to how good the Genghis Khan chains are

The food here is delicious. But the service is atrocious. Rude staff, and rude owner, who aren’t very fond of people who are confused here on their first trip. Not to mention if the place is even slightly crowded or busy, it will take about 30 minutes for your food to start even being prepared.
Only reason I come here is the food is tasty, but the service out ways the food, and puts it low on my list of favorite places to eat. Would only recommend if you’re desperate for Chinese food with a twist.

The best place to go! The owner always hooks us up. The owner is friendly and always giving us extra noodles. The workers there are not that nice but the food is amazing ! You can never go wrong here .my husband and I always spend around $ 25 we do get extra noodles and two drinks my favorite Mongolian place to go :)

This place is off the chain!!! It’s always my Too Go to spot …

I shall start by saying this is a assembly-​line type of place… You pay first, then they give you your bowl to feel up with what ever ur heart desires. (Well for that day) lol…
They have 4 types of meat you can choose from… Chicken, beef, pork and turkey …(I always get chicken and beef)…then when your done filling up ur bowl w/​all the meat you want you move on down to the veggie section. They have lots to choose from: tomato, onion, cilantro, squash, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and a few more… keep in mind that by now the bowl that was given to you is already field up to the top. At this point ur trying to keep all ur stuff in cuz there about ready to cook it and what ever is in the bowl is the only thing that’s going to be cooked… Next stop is the flavor section. They have garlic, lemon juice, oyster sauce (which I always leave out cuz to me it’s to fishy), and BBQ seasoning … They ask if you want it spicy or mild as well… Now it’s time for the noodles… They stack them on top of all the food in the bowl so now you have a mountain in front of you… ($ 1.00 for Extra noodles) … Last but not least is the cooking spot… The guy grabs ur mountain of food throws it on a big round skillet and whala its cooked up in minutes… Well there’s my review hope you peeps like and a shout out to Scott for pumping me up to do this
