I went to see him and do not listen to your symptoms. Because I HMO insurance, he took 2 minutes with me and went straight did endoscopy for 10 sec and LEFT, didn’t talk to you what is going on with his finding. He did a HALF ASS JOB. I had issues with my throat. He did endoscopy through my NOSE instead. Just plain rude and prejudice. NEVER! NEVER!

First of all, I am not unhappy about my procedure. I was just outright lied to when it came to my cost of the procedure. I told mr kramer I had other options and he told me it would cost me nothing. Lo and behold I got bill after bill and into collections. Although I tried feverishly to contact him, there was no avail. Lied to get my business. Straight and simple. Be careful and get quotes in writing.

My 17yo daughter has been a patient of Dr Cramer’s since she was three. Our daughter was born hard of hearing due to anatomical anomalies in her right ear and a «normal» left ear. After being referred out to a number of other ENTs in the area, my husband and I were not satisfied with the diagnosis we were given and knew that we needed to get another opinion. Luckily one of our friends recommended Dr. Cramer. Of course, we were skeptical but ultimately found that he he was the best thing that ever happen for our daughter! We have been extremely happy with the results! Dr Cramer has always been attentive to our needs, always greets us with a smile and even though she’s 17… She is comforted to know that Dr Cramer is still her doc!
