Heck, All of these other reviewers are lucky they got in… I’ve spent the last 10 days calling the Appointment desk«EDNA», Where her voicemail message promises to call you back within 1 business day… I’ve already told my primary care physician about their atrocious service… This lady needs to be fired from her job…

Dr. Khalifa Mansour has relocated to 80432nd St, suite 105, Downey, CA, 90241‑3621. This is my second time visiting this office and I have to say they have worst customer service. Diane the receptionist is the worst. She makes fun of patients when they call(after she hands up), makes faces when you try to ask her question and answers in a sarcastic tone. Very unprofessional, I hope someone reads this so she could get a reality check. For Diane, if you you can’t work with people maybe it’s time to find a different job for yourself. Treat others as you want to be treated.

Just a heads up to save you a headache: This doctor only accepts patients with referral to him SPECIFICALLY, even if you have PPO insurance and are in-network with a referral to «a Neurologist».

Went to Dr. Mansour for almost 2 years. Sadly he does not care about his patients! When I questioned him on the medicine he had me on and about a MRI I requested he was rude and told me «I’m not an Eastern Medicine Doctor, I don’t make miracles happen» I was shocked! He was even rude to my husband who just had questions about the medicine he was prescribing! Needless to say I have NOT gone back and have since found an amazing Doctor in Long Beach! Dr. Mansour needs to take some classes on how to show respect for others!
