OMG… worst company to hire to oversee your property. The service is horrible and they just collect the rent money and charge you a fee. I would never recommend this company for anyone to oversee their home or property. They always go through HUGE turnaround in staff and there are a few people who work for the company. But they make it appear that they are fully staffed.
They over-​charge for repairs and recharged your account for the same thing so if your not checking your statements — they try to get one over you. If you question or ask for clarifications they get very defensive. So look into this company before you hire them for your next rental… PEOPLE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU HIRE ANY COMPANY TO DO ANY TYPE OF SERVICES.

This is the most inefficient and unprofessional property management company. All they care about is their commission. They can care less about the property they manage. They do not return phone calls, they do not know what is going on with the properties they manage. They are the most non-​responsive company I have ever dealt with. The employees are not trained and do not care. I will not trust any property to them. Their mark up on repairs are totally unreasonable. Be careful.
