My Guardian system was installed about a month ago. The installers did a great job and answered all my questions. The system works fine with no problems, yet. I like it.
However, one of the main inducements the salesman offered was that my monthly charges were guaranteed not to increase for 60 months; great. My contract makes no such claim.

Salesman and installers were great. They were able to expedite my installation before we went on a trip. Having that piece of mind and the ability to monitor from my smartphone is great!

All in all really good. Two complaints which I discussed with a supervisor already.
1). The salesman didn’t know you had to keep the monitoring unit plugged to a computer in order to view it on your smart phone. This was discovered after the install. I have located a 4-​channel camera system that will allow me to do the same thing already. Pretty reasonable and the cameras they installed will work with the system so no harm no foul.
2). There is a 3-​day cancelation with skyline. However, if you have ADT this is not the case. Once another company starts to monitor your home all deals and offers are off the table. This means it’s cheaper to keeper at this point. It’s still a good system and we love the accessability with the alarm.

Love the service, how fast they respond and how it can be down through the panel and not have to answer a phone. Great safety feature! We moved into a new house and 2 days later they came and installed, helped to put our minds at ease in a new place. Thanks guys!

I’m so happy I decided to switch from ADT to Skyline. My neighbor was in the process of switching to Skyline in his home and the gentleman came to my residence when he was finished to talk to me about their system. He even assisted me in calling ADT to cancel. I especially love having the ability to arm/​disarm from my iPhone. The panel is touchscreen, unlike ADT’s that I had, I really do feel safe in my home. I’m genuinely satisfied with Skyline and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing a home security system.

The men who helped us were cool and informative and explained everything we needed to know. We haven’t had any additional questions on how to use our system, it’s pretty easy.
