Sunrun

From Start of the process to the time I turned the switch on, Ivan Pinzon and the SunRun team have been awesome!!! Definitely a top notch group!

I must be an exception to the some of the other reviews. The sales person, and installation technicians have been excellent. And so far, the electricity generation has been fine. But that contrasts horribly with their communication practices. I have yet to receive a single consistent response from their Customer Service or Billing staff. One person says one thing; the next person says something completely different. I’ve only been a customer since mid-​November. I was just told by their Billing department that the first payment for my November-​December service period is due February 3. That’s cool (though it seems weird a company would collect 60 days after service is rendered), but that completely contradicts what another Billing department person told me on 12/​22, that our bill would be due at the end of December. I’m waiting now to see if my account will be debited on ¹²⁄₃₁ or ²⁄₃. I won’t be surprised at either. I’ll be pissed and befuddled if it’s 12/​31, after just being assured on the phone today that it will not.

Sunrun has been a very good solar company to work with, their was a small bump but the Sunrun team fixed the issue fast and to my satisfaction. I found them through Costco and any company costco backs I’m sure is reliable.
i first met with John Haltom he was the nicest no pressure salesman. I have had my share of salesmen for front doors, driveways, new flooring, landscaping, and solar. John explained the costco deal and the other options Sunrun offers. After sleeping on it i told him i was ready and he passed me on to the next phase planning the measured and found the best lay out for my house they are getting me 120% based off of my average usage.
I will update this as the process progresses on my installation …

Very, very happy with the whole thing. Easy process. Nice honest salesman (Taylor Livingston) Efficient friendly project planner (Amy Andrews) and our hardworking pleasant solar panel fitters (Francisco Peraza, Chris Par, Brian Rodgers and William Guarado) were a pleasure to be around. Nothing too much trouble. Would recommend Sunrun Downey to anyone and everyone!!! Looking forward to spending a lot less on my air conditioning bills this summer.

From start to finish great customer service, the whole process was very easy. The project was fast clean ect. I would recommend Sunrun to everyone.
