The first time I went here my husbands work shirts came out nice but his slacks came out with white marks all over I let that slide on account that the prices were good and the service was friendly, which is why we went back, the second time 2 out of the 4 shirts we took to get dry cleaned shrunk! I had just purchased these shirts for him so it was upsetting but even then we thought maybe it was just weight gain (that couldn’t be the case on account that everything else fit exactly the same) now our clothes were returned for the third time and I will never again return! My husbands shirts came back with 2 buttons cracked in half and a stain, stains that weren’t there before on another shirt, and my shorts that I took to be fixed were not done correctly. They are very nice people so it hurts to leave this review but I just can’t keep running my husbands work clothes :(

After a friend’s recommendation, I began taking my clothes to VIP Cleaners. From the first time I visited, he always remembered my name. Alex and his staff are absolutely great. My clothes are always clean and timely ready. When It appeared I couldn’t make it on time to pick up my clothes (due to traffic), Alex was willing to stay open a bit longer till I arrived, and even offered to drop them at my house nearby. Fortunately, I made it on time. I always appreciate the great customer service and reliability. I would highly recommend VIP Cleaners.
