They forgot to make my food until I went up and remind them. And even after I did it took them 10min. In total it took them 25min to make 6 wings. But I gotta say it was ok. I was gonna give them 1 star but because they were kinda nice and it didn’t taste bad I’ll give them 2 stars. My first time eating wingstop and probably the last.

Came in on Monday for some .60 boneless chicken wings and they were awful! They were old-looking, over-cooked and hard, and we hated them. We didn’t order fries because those never look fresh so instead opted for veggie sticks. The carrots were dirty and disgusting and definitely not washed. The person peeling them did a half assed job. Everything was just gross. We will be back again… never, hopefully! Service was good so that’s why I am giving two stars.

Anytime I want to order wings, I put my order in online at this location and they always make my order on time and in accordance with how I placed them online. The staff is always friendly and on point and today it was proven. I placed my order during NBA finals game 1 and when I got there they did not have my order because their system went down. However, to exemplify great customer service they apologized for the error, said they will process my order right away and for my inconvenience, the attendant offered me a discount off my order. It’s a great way to handle the situation.

Placed an online order and when I went to pick up and pay they didn’t let me pay with a gift card I had. They should have a sign to let people know they don’t accept gift cards from wing stop.

By far the worst wing stop. Customer service is horrible. Always rude. Don’t not come here. Have made several pick up orders and they are always rude and I always have to drive back for a mess up.

I placed an online order and came to pick it up. The cashier asked my name and said there was no such order. I told them I have the confirmation info for proof of order but they did not receive it. They me asked to see my order on my phone which I didn’t mind. The manager I believe said it was not a problem and they would get it taken care of. I gave the cashier my phone because he asked to see it to take my order down and before expediting it asked me if everything was was right– I changed my mind on one thing; I asked him to make the extra crispy fires to regular fries not crispy he told me «ya well that’s what was on your phone» which I thought was very rude… Especially since he was reviewing it before expediting it.

First time at wingstop and the girl upfront was very helpful and recommended a few options. I didn’t get her name but she was tall and blonde! Well any who, She was very friendly! The wings were pretty good but I’m giving this place a 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service the girl provided!

Called at 4 to have the wings ready by 6:15. Got there at 6:15 waited for a extra 20 minutes for the wings to be done. Bad Costumer service. They had more then enough time to have the food ready beside that the wings were good.

Glad that there is a wing stop in Downey, although the parking is tough the food is great, staff is always respectful and very open, If you used your card make sure you have your ID cause you’ll need to go an get cash. I’ve never been disappointed with wings, fries, condiments or drinks at this wing stop. The wait it not too long and the place is not always packed, from 2:30pm — 4:00pm high school teens will be everywhere as well as parents waiting in the parking lots for them but after that they’re pretty nice until closing at 12:00am

The wings and fries are good! However, the customer service is lacking…(Im not sure if its the owner, but an older gentleman with a gold chain and an unbuttoned shirt showing off chest tends to be there often now and isn’t very personable) Also… I always order the same thing, and get charged differently. One day the total is $ 10.65, other days its $ 11.98 etc… I try to call in my order, and 2 out of 5 times I am put on hold for 7 – 10 minutes, and the other 3 out of 5 times the phone throws a busy signal. One time, I was waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, hung up and tried to call back and the phone showed a busy signal for 30 minutes after that(probably my call still on hold) I gave up after that. I just found out they have different fries, so im looking forward to trying those: Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Cajun Seasoning, and Parmesan Seasoning.

I love love love Wingstop wings, but the girl working the register had me repeat my order 4 times. She would say it aloud after me and then say can you repeat that again because she’d already forgotten what it was in order to put it in the register. I was getting so frustrated. I’m not going to let one bad experience deter me from going here though because this is my go-to restaurant since I’m a low-carber! Usually I go to the Cerritos location though.

My friends and I ordered 15 classic wings to share. The girl at the register asked us if we would like to «add 5 more wings for like $ 2-$ 3»(I forgot the exact price) as a special deal. Of course, we said yes since it was cheap. After waiting about 10 – 15 minutes our wings arrived and we got 15 classic wings with 5BONELESS wings… so we bring this back asking why we got 5 boneless instead of 5 more classic wings and she points on our receipt that«BW» on our receipt means boneless wings and that that is what we asked for. What?! Why would we order 5 more«boneless» wings when we clearly asked for 15 classic wings to begin with? It would make sense if we originally ordered 15 boneless wings and wanted 5 more of the same thing. I am just lost for words with how she thinks… makes no sense. And she later tells us that«Oh if you wanted 5 additional „classic“ wings it would cost more($ 4?)» Why tell us this AFTER we order, pay, and complain. Why not clarify this while we order so the customer gets what they expect and want? God this is terrible service. If the food wasn’t good(which is hard to mess up since it is a franchise) this place would get a lower rating because of this service! Other locations clarify this simple mistake to ensure that customers get what they want. And even when the mistake is made, franchises typically replace the order(as long as the quantity of the wings is not a lot) We were talking about 5 wings… cmon! I’m not coming back to this location!

Every time i come the environment is clean, professional and the wings ONPOINT. Dam these lemon pepper wings have me feigning. The restrooms are clean every time i slide through, the beer nice and cold The staff is consistent in there role and i will be back

UPDATE: 5÷4÷14 Well we tried this location out again today… the order was wrong again. We ordered 30 Boneless wings online and were given Bone-In instead… guess the jokes on me for not checking before I left, but yeah… thats the third time now. We’ll be going back to our old location instead.

No complaints at all about this location. The staff is always friendly and my order is always made just how I ask… extra crispy classic wings! Garlic Parmesan is now my new favorite wing flavor. They hook you up with plenty of Parmesan. And the fact that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine is a big plus!!! Lime Fanta… YUM!!!

Walked in and was greeted. Our order was taken right away. The wings were nice and crispy! Not too crowded and the staff was super friendly! Happy that I no longer have to travel for Wing Stop. I will definitely be a regular! :)
