I went in today to exchange an obey sweater but they didn’t have it in the size I was looking for. The guy called another store to check but no luck and told me I would be able to exchange it for any other hoodie in his store. Both guys that helped me out were super attentive and nice. I didn’t get their names but overall I had a great experience, I love this store and their hoodies

My son loves this store. They have all the Diamond gear you could want. We came in today to exchange some items I had purchased online. (That’s right you can exchange and return in store!)
Sergio was working the register and helped us out. He was awesome, he looked up some stuff for my son online because they didn’t have it in his size in the store as well as exchange an item in the store!
Sergio joked around with my son and made sure I was a satisfied customer. My son was a happy camper after that! I will definitely be coming back and have Sergio help us out! This store has exceptional customer service!
