I came here with my wife on tuesday morning and ordered shrimp and french fries. After I bit into the Shrimps and found out they were completely raw inside when I went back to tell them, they gave me the look, picked the snrimps from the Styrofoam container droped them in a deep fryer for like 30 seconds and asked me is it enough. Then dump them back in the container and gave it back to me. The place was not busy at all not to mention there was nobody on second floor at all.

Best restaurant in the food court! Unlike many of the other restaurants where the food is just sitting in a bin, the food is cooked in front of your eyes. The fish is cooked to order(on the grill or fried) and all the sides were fresh. Everything was delicious!

This location is in a food court which was extremely humid and hot. The food was just ok would not try this place again. I was with a group and we tried tilapia(greasy and fried to hard), grilled shrimp was(good and tasty), fried shrimp(ok but had better) and fish bite samples were good. We had those when we returned the fish. Overall I would not recommend.

As I entered Bayside Marketplace looking for an oasis of food before the Miami Heat game at AAA, I wandered upon Brawny Seafood upstairs. I ordered the fried fish combo because the employees enticed me with their free sample, but I immediately regretted my decision. The quality of the fish was poor and did not taste like the sample at all even though the cashier vehemently disagreed with me. The fish was dry and was not crispy at all(not well breaded). The potato salad which accompanied my meal was poor with a watered down taste. It seemed as if they forgot to add anything to give some type of flavor. Ok, so the customer service initially was a setback, but I decided I would be patient and finish my meal and then evaluate the merits of this fine establishment. After realizing that I ordered a combo and no drink was provided, I asked the manager for a cup of water. In most countries/universes and galaxies(Star Wars included), water is a free of charge request. She rudely stared at me and denied my request stating that every drink was $ 2. I tried to reason with her that I did not seek a fountain drink or water bottle, just a cup of water and she became frustrated with my request. Moreover, when I asked for tartar sauce the manager’s coworker proceeded to snidely give me a Severus Snape-like stare seeming to indicate that what I had asked for was mind-blowing akin to Einstein’s Theory of Special Relativity or even better the«EUREKA» moment when Arichmedes bursted out of the public bath when he determined the volume of irregularly shaped objects! Clearly, I was a witness to some earth-shattering proposition that was beyond my understanding. Bottom lesson folks, water is a precious commodity and resource that should not be denied to anyone in the world(sorry for my preaching), especially at an eating establishment. Also, polite, and at the very least civil, customer service, could drastically improve the eating experience in this food court eatery. I hope in the future that customers are treated with respect and offered a better dining experience. Their fish sandwich is a great hit for about $ 7! It’s crispy fried and the sandwich is more like a burger! Squeeze some lime on it and you’re golden! Great quick bite in the food court

Surprisingly fresh and good for food court food. Only $ 7.99 for tilapia and 2 sides.
