Barre 3 is a truly amazing facility. Besides all the instructors who are truly amazing, the manager Eleni Pappas is an amazing barre instructor and runs the gym with such finesse. Each workout is truly different, so there is never a time the classes ever get boring. The staff is always motivating and run challenges to keep you motivated. Barre 3 is not just a workout facility it is a workout that you can gear to your own level. During class the teacher will give you alternatives just in case you feel it is to much for your body or level of fitness. I have personally made new friends and feel a sense of community every time i go. Just be careful, the more you go to Barre 3 it becomes an addiction.
