Found Buckingham Lending through Lending Tree research a home refi I was considering. I was inundated with calls from various brokers/​lenders, but decided to go with Tom and Buckingham due to their ability to get the most competitive rate and the low pressure, informative sales approach (as opposed to high pressure and misinformation from some other lending tree options). It turned out to be a great decision. Tom and his staff were great to work with, as was the bank with which he found for the loan. The whole process took about a month (which is what he had promissed) and everything went exactly like he said it would. I would absolutely use Tom & Buckingham Lending again and would recommend that (and have) to anyone considering a refi or home purchase.
