Dermatology And Mohs Surgery Center PC

Ugh horrible experience. How is it that they can’t complete a 1230 appointment by 2pm?! And then give me attitude like I’m the inconvenience? Completely unacceptable. During my last vast I was not the only one who had this issue, as I saw one elderly gentleman inquire into when he was going to be see as he had been waiting for an hour. I get it, doctors are busy, but so is everybody else. I should not have to take a half day of work or cancel or be late for my customer meetings because they think their time is more important than everybody elses. The only time this place has not been late for an appointment was first thing in the am. Just a guess, but clearly they are over booking themselves.
That being said, I was seen by another doctor because I didn’t have time to sit there for 1.5 hours. The doctor pretty much had one foot out the door the whole time and sent me off with a prescription that had been given to me in the past and had still failed. For the amount of money one has to pay to go here, they might want to try being slightly more attentive. There are some good doctors here but overall the practice sucks and they seriously need to get their acts together.

Great staff, talented docs and A+ care. If you need a dermatologist, these folks are who you should call.
