After having one repair done here, I highly recommend this shop. They are service and customer oriented. The repair job I gave them was anything but routine, and even required fabricating a part for a rare and unsupported model. They not only did it well, they did it fast. If I can send any business their way, I certainly will do so.

Hands down the best shop on the planet! From the moment i stepped foot in the door i felt like i had known the two gentleman, behind the counter, my whole life! They treated me like i was an old friend they hadnt seen in a long time. While shopping i was even offered free food and coffee. This place has it all, even a spin studio dowstairs! The staff were caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgable. I felt like i was the most important part of their day. I will deffinitely be going back for future purchases!

Five stars are not enough. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and just plain nice people with great spinning classes in a comfortable, clean space taught by an excellent instructor.

Not happy at all!!! Had a terrible experience in the Bike Works in town. I’m not sure if this is a big chain, but they were so rude, it can not be a small business. If so, I would not expect them to be business for very long. The prices were exorbitant and the service was terrible. There are 3 other shops in town and any one of the three are better. This was my first time in here and I thought let me give this place a shot when looking for a new helmet and a new chain. I also wanted to get a quick tune-up. The guy that helped me had dark hair and sideburns, i think he was a manger or something(which makes it even worse), but he degraded me for being a woman and treated me as a second class citizen and even ask if my husband was around so he could show him something on the bike. My husband passed away and i have been on my own for some time. Like i need to ask permission to spend a certain amount of money? Maybe in the stone ages he lives in, but i will not stand for this and i would not do business with this company if they were the ONLY shop in town!!!

I had my bike in for a standard tune up and adjustment after about a year of my cyclocross bike sitting unloved. I knew I was in the right place because the shop was super clean. I was easily convinced to get some extra work done that was long overdue almost doubling the cost but it was well worth it. I just hoped on the bike and it feels as it did right out of the box. Even though I am in Philly now I will haul my bike up there every time for future upgrades and such. Good shops are hard to find

DBW is exactly what a bike shop should be –great people who love bikes taking great care of both the people who ride bikes AND great care of the bikes– all kinds of bikes: racing bikes, mountain bikes, cruisers, kids bikes, fixies, restoring classics, reselling trade-ins — you name it. They’re honest, dependable, and knowledgeable, never pushy, and always look after my best interest as opposed to just trying to make a sale. I’ve been a cyclist for over 30 years. It’s about fun and people and the joy of just riding a bike. DBW is great people and a great addition to the community. They really get it — and they really share it.
