The dry cleaner is connected to a laundromat. I give them 5 stars for the laundromat. It is VERY clean, and I have never had a problem with the machines. Since it is connected to the dry cleaners, there is an attendant if there is a problem. There is a clean restroom to use. All good here. The dry cleaners is clean, polite and efficient. I dislike the prepaid policy immensely. No other place does this that I know. I also had to deal with someone on the phone whose English was so bad I could not understand her. I also felt they were expensive, but in all fairness this may have changed as I have not been there in awhile and I also don’t do much dry cleaning.

The prices are probably the most competitive in D-town, and the quality is ok. They are not great about getting stains out of shirts though. You really also need to specify no starch for dress shirts unless you want a piece of cardboard back. Also, the pre-pay policy here is a little strange but I dont seem to mind it…

DON’T EVERGOHERE. I was fooled by the price. CHeaper then most. THey ruined 3 shirts in one drycleaning. NEVER again! Pay the extra and go somewhere else.

Let me start off by saying that the pricing here is very competitive. However, after dropping my dry cleaning off on 6⁄29 I was promised that they’d be ready 7⁄3 by 5:00PM. Being that I was travelling for work, I came in on 7⁄11 to pick them up before a wedding. Less than half of my dry cleaning was ready — none of which I needed for my trip. The staff was friendly and apologetic, and it was obviously not the woman’s fault. I’m understanding that maybe with the holiday(7⁄4) things got crazy and pushed back. But a whole week? After using them for months, I’m seriously disappointed that the only time I actually needed my clothes in a timely manner they were completely unable to deliver.
