Great for service in the shop. There is always a very knowledgeable person in the shop to help diagnose or solve your problem. They have a large amount of parts in stock, which comes in handy when dealing with an old pool like me. They have given me honest advice on how to attempt inexpensive repairs, even at the sake of losing a sale for an expensive part. They repair motors and are quick in their repairs. For patio furniture, they rent a sling stretcher for free in case you ever need to reinstall slings on your chairs. Just go to desk and ask to use it. One downside is their cost for on site pool repairs. I was informed that their rate was $ 150/hr plus parts. Another local make pool service company’s rate is $ 95/hr. I cannot support the idea of paying that much more an hour for essentially the same service.
