Sink the Ink

I want to be clear that my overall visit was wonderful, the woman who did my piercing was very kind and outgoing, the facility seemed exceptionally clean and well managed… The only thing negative I have to say is regarding the end result of my piercing. I have many different piercings in both of my ears and even used to have gauges. Other shops I’ve gone to for piercings always used some kind of numbing agent of some sort and I really believe it helped «soften the blow» to my ear. Because all the ones I have, have healed quickly, easily, and without any problems. But what I just had done with this company didn’t have any numbing substance and I think it was just traumatizing to my ear to go through the process without any assistance. It was black and blue near the site for 3 – 4 days afterwords and now is becoming extremely swollen. I’ve followed directions about cleaning the area and I think it’s just responding to the piercing, not infected or anything. But yeah anyways, in the future I’m going to go to previous places I’ve gone for a little more of a gentle experience. I also have tattoos and I’ve gotta say, these piercings hurt way more than the tattoos did lol

I’ve been to Sink the Ink multiple times. I’ve always had a positive experience. The shop is very clean & the décor great. I have a large piece on my side that took around 4+ hours which the artist completed beautifully. My mom and brother have both gotten work at the shop as well. I’m heading back this weekend for more ink and I couldn’t be happier with my choice in a shop. Thanks Sink the Ink!

Over the past few years I’ve been to Sink the Ink for a few body piercings, and every time has been an absolutely excellent experience. The staff is friendly and relaxed, while still being very professional. They do their jobs well, while making you feel comfortable and easing your nerves. Barbee pierced me most recently and he did a great job. Very patient and precise, he never rushed any part of the process. It seemed that everyone in the shop paid great attention to sterility. My piercings are healing beautifully and painlessly, and I absolutely love them!

Went to Sink the Ink in Doylestown to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Walked in and immediately greeted by staff who were friendly. Place was super clean. The woman who did the piercing knew, since my daughter is young, to put a flat back piercing in to be more comfortable for my daughter. Plus, she was great throughout the ordeal. I was given clear instruction for care both verbally and on paper. About 2 weeks later, I didn’t do a very stellar job keeping the piercing screwed tight and one fell out. I had to take my daughter back and see what could be done. Another woman put a new piece of jewelry in free of charge. We were in and out in 10 minutes. While my daughter was understandably pretty pissed, the whole experience couldn’t have gone better.

I’ve had 4 tattoos done, leg, back, and both arms, over 60 hours of work all done by Rachel. Every piece looks amazing. Very clean and reasonably priced and very knowledgable staff.

The ambience is great in here. Nautical themed and bright, not a dingy basement like some other places you may go to. The staff was extremely professional but also very fun and outgoing. The work done is excellent as well.
