I am wondering if anyone else is having doubts about the honesty of the owners of the Doylestown Visiting Angels franchise. Over the last few months, we have paid for many visits that the caregiver did not work(you have to prepay), and are waiting to be credited for these visits. The caregiver herself is wonderful, caring, truly an angel. I fear the franchise owners feel entitled to double-Bill. Wondering if anyone else is haiving issues.

The people who run this agency are rigid, harsh and unkind. They need to find another business to manage, not one that involves people who are looking for home health aides for themselves or loved ones. My husband, a professor, has some cognitive difficulties and I requested someone who understands something about computers, or was at least somewhat literate. The person who showed up stood in the middle of our family room floor and shouted«I DON’T KNOWNOTHINGABOUTCOMPUTERS!» There’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that, but Visiting Angels simply sent someone without the slightest effort to find a good fit or, in the event they had no one, taking the time to tell us. There are other excellent agencies in the area run by kind, understanding and knowledgeable people — this is not one of them,
