Best red wine in PA. It does not have the«earthly» taste like most PA wines. Very smooth with soft tannins. Location is open on Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend this winery.

We love this winery! Hands down the best wine in bucks county. Everyone we bring here is very impressed with the quality of this wine. Also, very nice people!

Bucks County has about a dozen wineries. It’s fun that they are here, and it gives one something to do on an occasional weekend, but so far we had not found any good wines from PA. Only overly sweet table wine(at best). But we stopped at Alfa and Omega on a whim, while passing by. My, were we surprised! The wine is very, very good! The people working the tasting room were friendly and helpful. I suspect that word is starting to get around about this little family-owned business, because the tasting room was pretty crowded. It’s a tiny operation, only 6 acres of vines. They only use their own grapes. Total production is a few hundred cases per year, spread across 7 varietals and 9 or 10 different wines. The tasting room is a tiny remodeled barn. They only sell onsite — no outside distribution. Very. Good. Wine. I say that without reservation. The Gewurtztraminer was the star(we bought 6 bottles). But the Riesling and Pinot Noir also were outstanding(and we bought several bottles of those, too).

We purchased two bottles of wine after tasting some at the winery, but relegated both to the fridge after opening this weekend for cooking. I think we will use one, a spiced wine to mix with a muddled wine for the cold I currently have, and the red on a tuff piece of meat with some pineapple juice. Braising it in the oven for hours. Herbs should totally remove any memory of our visit or the bad purchases! Even the porta potty! Which reminds me of a Welsh Hotel that had a toilet at the bottom of the garden for their guests, and when a guest complained that there was not even a lock on the door, the land lord said«We never had a bucket of poo stolen yet!»

Lovely little tasting room in an old barn. Their Gewürztraminer was OUTOFTHISWORLD. Heads up– Your only option for a restroom is a port-a-potty!

You have to respect a guy who turns his dream into reality. Alpha & Omega just opened their tasting room in October and this is their virgin vintage. The tasting room is in a tiny quintessential Bucks County farm house and the vines were planted 4 years ago. I bought a bottle of their Cabernet Sauvignon as it takes me a few glasses to really determine if I like a wine. The wine has a nice balance and not the sweetness you typically find with local wines. It’s mellow and flavorful, but not as muscular as most Cabs. It tasted quite young, but I enjoy young wines more than most. Looking forward to seeing this winery become part of the Bucks County adventure.
