Went to their store in Tewksbury. Spoke to David Maxwell. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The dishwasher I wanted was not in stock and he ordered it from his warehouse. He promised delivery the following Tuesday. They use Dracut Plumbing to deliver and do the install. The men were punctual and very professional. I highly recommend doing business with this local appliance center. David also liked my story about my grandmother using Ivory soap chips to make her own dishwashing solution back in the day.

Bought a stove from them and I’m the landlord and noticed a large dent on the top… called to get it replaced and they said they wouldn’t. They gave me a defective stove and didn’t fix there problem… I paid full price for new! I’ve bought tens of thousands of appliances since but they have gotten not of my money since.

The gentlemen who delivered our new fridge were wonderful. They were on time, polite, very careful and professional. Salesmen were knowledgable and didn’t oversell. I highly recommend Dracut Appliance.

Right before our warranty ran out on our Bosch oven, I noticed that there were sporadic error codes and later on, difficulty in programming what I needed to do, so I called Dracut Appliance to have it on record that there was going to be a problem. At the time, I was able to fix whatever was wrong. Well, I was right: The codes became increasingly frequent, and it took 10 steps to have«bake» click in. And the only way I could adjust the temp was to start programming from scratch. I called Dracut, and they were honoring the warranty. They sent a service person here to check it out, and he had to order a new touch pad and control. The service dept then called when the parts arrived. Today, Cliff was here at 9. He had to do serious contortions to get behind the stove, which only pulled out about two feet(because of the gas connection). He climbed over the counters and squeezed his way behind the oven. Wish I had a quarter for every time he hit his head on the overhead microwave. After futzing around and spending about a half hour figuring out what Error Code 16 was(I went online and found out that he had to program the new control panel and enter the model number), Cliff finished up. He was careful about not scratching the floor, and was professional and pleasant. I just hope I don’t have to see him again, as it’s no fun dealing with appliances that are only a year old. Bosch oven? Bad purchase. Stainless steel? Ditto. BTW: This service call(labor and parts) would have cost at least $ 500-$ 600. Good thing I didn’t have to pay a cent.

Good prices, fabulous service and a great reputation — doesn’t get better than that. Hubbie & I bought both our Weber grill and a chest freezer from them and they were great to deal with. I’d so much rather support a great hometown business than a big box store.

Being a landlord I cannot tell you how many appliance I’ve had to buy over the years. Here is the place I got them. Decent selection and prices(they are part of a large buying group and can compete easily with the big guys). Delivery service tops. With these older style buildings they know how to get them in. LOL
