We received«above and beyond» service. During their lunch rush, they mistakenly gave us one wrong order. Even though we did pick-up, they recognized the # we called from and were on the way to our house to bring the correct order when we called to ask about it. You rarely get service like that. Not to mention their food is awesome.

I have ordered take out 4 times. I am done will never go back. Worst service!!!, food is always cold, Lobster rolls are tiny not worth the price! Pizza is nothing special, over priced for what you get. Take out takes 40mins+. If your so busy hire more people, or train them better. I have gone there twice and have been told my food wasn’t ready and it was sitting onthe counter the entire time! I hear if you eat there the food is great but I am all set, no need to waste my money there anymore.

I’m honestly not sure why this place doesn’t have 5 stars… Whenever I feel like having a good inexpensive meal my first thought is always Primos. Love their salads, pizzas, calzones, and subs. Seriously just the nicest people and the best pizza in Dracut!

I have been coming to this new location for almost a year now, and working at UMass Lowell, its easy finding company to come and join me. The service is A+ and the food is equally as fantastic. The dining room is always clean and the outdoor patio during nice weather is soo relaxing. However, what I’ve discovered over the past year is the AUTHENTIC Greek food they offer at reasonable rates. I typically go to the Athenian Corner or The Olympia for Greek food, but Primo’s offers a few Greek items«Greek Corner» for about half their prices and are delicious. I love their egg lemon soup, pastitchio(I don’t know how to spell it lol), its Greek lasagna with a bechemel cream sauce and homemade fresh stuffed grape leaves — and please try the Greek Village Salad if you are a fan of tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta, oh my godness. My other favorites here are the seasonal salads, specifically the berry and cobb salads. The portions are huge and the prices are more than reasonable. I am a customer for life!

Great place. I’m only giving it 3 stars because my salad has had brown lettuce in it the past 2 times we’ve ordered. When they’re on… they’re on. Great steak and cheese, pizza and chicken finger sub. Still one of my families favorites.

Tried a new place Primos for a month now Pizza is good salads are great, fresh, with grilled chicken a plus. But I like to change my own menu and fried fish dinner bland Tried chicken dinner bland no seasoning In flour just dredged in flour and here you go. Latest fiasco ordered 3 subs, Sm fry , salad with chicken. Get home no fries Sub American with very little condiments Tomato pickle unions it’s a buzy place so 35 to 45 min is norm so don’t rush. there are a lot of people working in kitchen some fill in other jobs while there working So mistakes happen. Every time I wait Someone is complaining wrong food wrong order? I gave up nice place though.

I keep it simple here — pizzas, subs or fried dinners — and if that is your go-to when ordering out, Primo’s works. Delivery is usually quick, orders are correct, and the portions are standard. They’ve done a lot with the new restaurant, and we’ll keep it in the rotation.

We have been ordering for years and have always enjoyed a variety of Primos menu items. Pizza is usually great, love their club sandwiches, fresh salads and italian or steak and cheese subs(thumbs up). I have noticed that since moving to the new location the quality of food has definitely gone down a bit, maybe they can’t handle the new volume or need to work on retraining new kitchen staff. Today we got a small pizza and it was a puddle of sauce and cheese, I know smalls don’t get as crispy but we picked up a slice and everything slid right off onto the plate, disappointing. The french fries used to be my favorite around but for some reason the fry guy doesn’t like to let them cook, even when we want them well done! Let them cook man, no one likes limp fries. Just found out they carry quite a few dessert options, that’s exciting, dangerous. but delicious! Overall, still love Primo and will continue ordering regularly, just need to quality check a little better! Update– still going way downhill we have moved on to order at other restaurants.

Can’t Get the Order Correct! Ordered a Gluten Free Pizza and a Large Meatball Pizza and Received a Gluten Free Pizza and a Large Meatball Sub. After waiting 30 minutes for the wrong order I decided to leave. This was my first and last time at this place! They don’t give you a receipt until you pick up your order so if they don’t read back your order you will get a surprise when you pickup your food. I ordered in person no less and waited.

The restaurant was clean, and the help was friendly, but we only go appetitizers and it took longer than usual, andthe wing songs were overcooked and dry.

We live right down the road and have ordered takeout from Primo’s for years. I always thought the subs were really good(the bread is the best). When they moved into their new spot, I noticed the quality was a bit lower. I think they had so many new employees that it took a while for things to get back on track. I am happy to say, that it is really good again. The new restaurant is really nice inside. The beer and wine is very reasonable. I LOVE their new salads — the Super spinach. They are great and so much better than the salads they used to have at the old place. I’m not a huge fan of Greek pizza but since it’s so hard to find any other style in Dracut, I find this is the best one around.

I called for a manager after my food was messed up. The person on the phone said there was no manager available. I’m positive I saw the owner there when I left. Since they opened the new restaurant they have done nothing but mess up orders and lush customers to the side.

Food was fresh, ample portions, decent lunch in new location! Dining room is very noisy due to all hard surfaces, needs noise reduction.

anyone complaining about the food or customer service here are the type of people who would complain that the ice in their drink is too cold. ignore those reviews. you can’t be let down eating here. all of the food is so fresh. my favorite is their fried seafood. better than the fast food at Hampton and the prices are even lower. they seem to make the food the way they would eat it themselves, and the service is great. sometimes they have a line out the door so you have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it because of the value!

I stopped at Primo Pizza for lunch takeout recently. This neighborhood pizzeria serves up Greek style pizza, pasta, calzones, salads, subs, grilled & charbroiled items, seafood, and appetizers. Coupon specials and lunch specials are offered and on Mon-Wed, a large cheese pizza is $ 7.99. The some of the menu pricing here has some unusual figures including a small cheese pizza($ 6.43), gyro dinner($ 8.34), Hawaiian pizza($ 11.43), fried seafood dinner($ 13.33), and others. When the Mass meals tax was 5 percent, the total would come out to a nice rounded number(no pennies used). However, the meals tax is now 6.25 percent and pennies are likely needed. The dining area is small in front of the order counter with a TV and lighted menu board on the wall. The guy who took my order was enjoying a big plate of pasta and sauce in the dining area, which looked very good. I was almost swayed into ordering pasta for lunch. I decided on a Personal Size Cheese Pizza($ 2.86) and a Beef Gyros($ 5.72). The food was ready in about 10 minutes with the total coming out to $ 9.12 with tax. I give the guy a $ 20 bill with 12 cents($ 20.12) and he hands me a $ 10 bill and shuts the register. I stand there and say the change should be $ 11 and he says you’re right, opens the register and gives me a $ 1 bill. He probably didn’t expect me handing over a dime and two pennies to get round change in bills, no biggie. I’m always diligent in counting my change. Anyways, the food was pretty good. The personal cheese pizza had a soft bread crust with tasty sauce and melted cheese. The gyros had 4 grilled pieces of gyros meat, tomatoes, onions, and a tangy yogurt sauce in soft grilled flatbread. I was good to go for the rest of the afternoon after lunch and several Altoids to freshen up. HOURS: 10AM-10PM Daily 10 Percent Senior Discount(Pick Up Only)
