Bhurd In Utah

Hmmmm… what to say? It all started because I was transferred from California to Utah, needed a referral for a real estate agent in the area where I was moving, luckily my cousins had raved about their realtor when they moved into the same area. I asked for his contact information and here I am, writing this review in my brand new house that JUSTIN helped me get into.
If anyone asks for a referral, I would not hesitate recommending the BHhurd team, and more specifically Justin. He was AWESOME. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, timely, consistent and any other great attribute you’d want someone to have while helping you with such a monumental moment in your life.
I am probably one of the most difficult, entitled individuals that I’ve come across, and you know what? Justin held his professionalism every step of the way! I definitely commend him for dealing with me as well as he did, very impressive.
He was able to get our lot premium waived, went to all our walk through, pointed out things we would have never seen and got corrected and facilitated every meeting. The lender and home builder was all liaison’d through Justin.
Seriously, don’t know what else to say besides not choosing Bhurd for your home needs would be a monumental mistake.

Bryan helped me buy a short sale that took well over a year to complete the transaction. Everyone involved (especially the bank excepting the short sale) was completely inept but Bryan was able to keep a level head, fight through the ridiculousness and somehow keep me from loosing my mind. In the end it turned into an awesome deal.
I’ve seen friends go it alone and not use an agent and inevitably it costs them. Also a fun group of people to work with, we look forward to their summer BBQ and all the other events they throw.
