Falling Waters Day Spa

Okay so I have to say, this is probably the best spa experience I have had. I scheduled a bridal party appointment of 10 with Sue (owner) over the phone. She was so lovely, accommodating, and I instantly knew that we were going to have an amazing time. They are a full salon with a little nail room towards the back, and so the ten of us basically took over that room! We had four girls working on us, and they were all hilarious, fun, and professional! The quality of work was fantastic, and with 10 people, we definitely threw a few curve balls at them! But they accommodated our every need and even gave our bride a cute little bridal gift! So I would tell EVERYONE to come here because the atom sphere was relaxing, the staff incredible, and the nails look fabulous!

This place was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional and accommodating. We had a large group before a wedding and it was so much fun. They even allowed me to change the color of my nails after I decided I didn’t like the original color like a total diva. This a great place for groups or just a relaxing day at the spa by yourself. Definitely recommend this place.

I was visiting family in Park City from Washington DC and wanted to go to a spa for my birthday. My friend recommended Falling Waters. Sue is the manager and she made my daughter and my reservations for a massage and facial. When we met Sue, she gave us such a warm welcome and i have to say I have been to a lot of spas around the country including Red Door in DC and the Doral Country Club in Miami. The massage i received from Spencer Graves was the best I’ver ever had. He was very sensitive to make sure he was hitting all of my tense spots but not too much pressure. My aesthetician was Kristy Chapple who was very sweet and gave a great facial and massage. She didnt pressure me to purchase products but offered suggestions. My daughter had an amazing experience as well but she had a different massage therapist and loved it as well. I highly recommend the spa. its small but clean and the customer service is excellent — thanks Sue!

This is an amazing spa that has it all. They are full service and have really loyal employees. I came here first in early 2000 and I am very happy to say that the service from the front desk all the way into your treatment is top notch. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It is in a private gym but the spa portion is open to the public! in the need of a facial? Ask for Angela or Allie! Amazing!

I used this spa, which is located inside the Treehouse Athletic Club, while I was on a fitness retreat. It’s a really small place, but it is a full service place, with everything you would want. I had four massages over a month long period, and both Amelia and Jess did a great job. I also had a facial, and it was excellent as well. However, the haircut I received was average at best. The stylist spent about 10 mins total, including shampooing my hair. Granted I have short hair overall, but my stylist back home spends at least 30 mins cutting my hair, no matter how long it has grown. I also would not get a pedicure here, just because the price is not worth a basic pedicure.
So come here for massages and facials, and be wary about getting a haircut and pedicure.
