If I could give a negative review I would… don’t ever do business with a bad man named Michael Johnson. He is a lier and a cheat. BE WARNED! Phony alert! FCS is a bad company to be associated with!

This company manages my HOA and they are terrible about getting things fixed, terrible about returning emails, they are rude if you call them. If I was looking for a property management company I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I would choose a company that doesn’t have horrible reviews and a company that gives a crap about the people who are paying them. I have emailed them over 5 times without a response. Check out the reviews on Google. The owner responds with excuses. Perhaps the owner should run a better company that actually follows up, follows through and is respectful to the homeowners. SMMFH.

«Thank you for calling Community Management, please hold for a moment.» They put me on hold a few times just to pick up and say that again. It went on for 10 minutes until I gave up. They don’t return calls, answer calls, and won’t reply to emails. This place is frustrating.
