Golden Tan

I read the reviews and was nervous to go but I went cause it was convenient. Right when I walked in, both girls were extremely nice to me. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I got a spray tan and it turned out great. I haven’t received any spam phone calls either. Also I see that the price shows as pretty expensive. This place is no more expensive than any other spray tan I have gotten.

If I could give negative star reviews I would give this location so many. I have never met such terrible employees in any establishment ever. European tan is far more friendly and affordable.

The new district manager must be doing what he promised because I just began going to this salon and I’ve had great experiences. Everything is very clean and organized, the staff –yes, high school girls– are actually quite friendly and personable. I have had to wait while listening to a sales pitch once (2 – 3 minutes), but I didn’t find it inappropriate at all. Sales is just part of business. I haven’t been tanning in a while so I can’t say how the prices compare but I got a great deal on an unlimited week, the beds are good, so I’m happy. I’ll be returning anytime I need some color!

Agree with all the previous reviews. Poorly managed location that I chose based on location. Multiple times I have been there and been stuck behind someone who is getting the sales pitch and I have waited for up to 10 minutes listening to the girls behind the counter trying to sell lotions while I pay 80+ dollars a month and need to wait? Not cool.
Girls there can be nice, but it has never felt friendly. It is feels more like high school hang out, but how many tanning salons have a super friendly/​amazing staff? So maybe my expectations will never be high for this line of work. Paid the 5 dollar a month charge to not incur new fees. When I wanted to go again and I was informed that my old plan no longer existed and I was charged the «new user fee» until I argued and they took it off.
Ever changing fees, revolving door of new people, suggests this business is interested in getting your money not in getting long term clients. I will be going else where after my 2 months is up. Do yourself a favor, look else where to get a tan.
