This ice cream shop has overpriced ice cream, and no good service. I went to take my ice cream from the counter and one employee named E — — – snapped that I had to pay first. What can I possibly do, run off with it? I had the money in my hands! I told my friend about it and after awhile an employee named B — - closed the window right by my kid’s hand. She was pretty snotty too. We saw right on our phone that they had wifi. We asked them for the password so we could find directions to our hotel, they said no. Really? Very bad service. I would choose another shop unless you want spit in your ice cream.

I came here with a bunch of friends during a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes region. Craving cold deliciousness, I decided to venture here for a milkshake. My takeaway from the experience The ordering system is a bit odd as the entire establishment is outside. After you order from their tiny windows, they close the window so you don’t really get any interaction from them until they call out your order to pick it up. However, there really isn’t an established second window to pick up from, so you’re put into a momentarily awkward situation where you’re picking up your ice cream in front another person who is in line. That said, the woman who took my order seemed friendly enough and was able to answer a couple of questions I had about the menu. The portions were very good for the prices they offered. I witnessed my friends receive hefty portions in cones, cups, and sundae containers. I ordered a milkshake and was pleased by the size of it for the price I paid. It’s ice cream. It’s cheap. It’s the closest place around. Not the best thing ever, but still very good. I wouldn’t overthink it, and I would definitely come here again. Pros: Solid portions at decent prices. Friendly staff. Cons: In the middle of nowhere. No indoor seating. Awkward ordering process.
