First off let me say I came here because i bought a group on, 3 60-​minutes massages for $ 69. Im glad it was so cheap because i would be SO MAD if i paid full price for this place. The first massage was great, great therapist, really paid attention to my wants and needs. Second time, was beyond horrible. She started me 15 minutes late because the client before me was taking awhile, which i understand and i said i was fine with because she told me she would tack on the time at the end, which, SHE DID NOT. my massage was cut short 15 minutes and she barely touched my back, my problem area which i told her and did not even touch my arms at all. For a «full body massage» i feel that the arms should at least have some lotion on them at the end. Now for the third massage, i made sure i didn’t have that therapist again, no way jose. She started 10 minutes late too, but only because she came back from her lunch break late (I’m assuming, because she was still stuffing food in her face when she walked in the door). AND YET AGAIN, my massage was cut 15 minutes short.
TWICE my «60-​minute massage» that i paid for ended up being 45 minutes. I am thoroughly disappointed not only with the service but the therapist. (except for the first girl who was great) Making an appt is absolutely horrible too. Each time i had to schedule a whole month out because they were so «booked up»
All in all it got 2 stars because my first experience was so good but these last two ruined it for me. I will never go back and neither should you.
