I dropped off my father in laws chain saw for repair, all it needed the choke replacedand it took 4 trips back over 3 months to fix it.
1^st time– When I got it back, the cord was tangled inside, and wouldnt budge
2^nd time– Same problem
3^rd time– handle wasnt secured, and came off as soon as you touch the line
4^th time– I brought it home, and wouldnt start. I brought it back, and he brings it outside and violently pulls the cord for about 5 minutes. He finally gets it started and says…
«You know when you go to the Dr, and theres nothing wrong? This is one of those moments»
MAYBE if it didnt take 4 trips back over the course of the entire summer I could understand… but instead of apologizing, he was very rude.
i usually like to give money to smaller businesses, even if it is a little more money, but I wont be going back here again…
Only reason its a 2 star, not 1 star is because the other employees are usually very nice…
