I’ve never met office personnel that were so rude and condescending. The heavy set brown haired lady at the desk was incredibly rude to me and it was my first time there! I was turned off by here within 15 seconds of speaking with her. She gave looks like i was bothering her or wasting her time and clearly did not value the potential for new business. I am not giving this office any of my business and will be sure to pass along the tales of my experience. I just moved to the area and this could have been my potential go to spot for exams and lenses. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is one weird place. You make an appt and routinely have to wait an hour over the appt time to be seen by the doctor. They seem to do much more extensive testing than most offices. I have nothing bad to say about the doctor other than that BUT the office staff is strange indeed. They all seem like they’re just so… weary of it all. Rude, condescending and impatient! Since you have to deal with them longer than the Dr. himself, i would stay away. It’s truly awful.
