My home-​bound friend was recovering from minor surgery. I already wished her best wishes but felt maybe a little something special was due.
I ordered the Gingerbread Man Daisy — gourmet semisweet chocolate dipped strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple daisies and a sweet, gingerbread man shaped chocolate dipped pineapple to top it off. Nobody dislikes fruit in a floral arrangement. I paid for the arrangement and delivery charge.
About two hours later, I received a phone call from my friend. She gleefully thanked me and happily announced that the arrangement was beautiful and «tasty». I was gratified.
A few days later I took a closer look at the bill… wow…$ 14.00 for the delivery charge? My friend lives seven miles away! That’s two dollars a mile! I’m no cheapskate but, next time I’ll deliver the arrangement!

Easy to order and pay online. Made a phone call to the shop to confirm a specific detail about my order and experienced rude service. Edible Arrangements are not by any means low quality gifts — and that’s reflected in the price, so I expect better service.

This is the second time I’ve gotten an edible arrangement from this location. For some reason, a bouquet of delicious fruit makes me very happy! The fruit is fresh and delicious & the chocolate they use to cover the strawberries is also delicious. Now the only reason it gets a 4 star from me– is the delivery charge. When I found out what my husband paid– I won’t lie, I was a little mad. But it was Mother’s Day and I really appreciated the thought! I told him the next time he plans on getting one for me– go pick it up!

product was good, but service was just ok. i arrived at 11:10 for a pickup that was scheduled at 11am. they didnt have it ready and i stayed until 11:25 to pick it up.

I ordered from here and requested the delivery to be made before noon. They were able to make the delivery before noon as requested. Additionally, my recipient was very happy with the quality and freshness of the fruit. I will definitely order from this location again.
